Talk Title

Applying the Heart of Agile

Abstract
The “Heart of Agile” consist of only four verbs: Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, Improve.

In this talk, Dr. Alistair Cockburn, one of the authors of the agile manifesto, will review why those verbs were selected, and how they are being used in different fields to increase the impact of efforts. The current thrust of Heart of Agile is outside of IT, because these four words apply to every initiative.
